Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA, a leading grocery retailer, seeks a Director of Business Systems to enable its supply chain through integrated technology. You will own end-to-end design, development, testing, and deployment of Manhattan Active WMS across all ADUSA Distribution Centers and partner with executive leadership on strategic investments.

You will lead a team of senior professionals, govern enterprise IT initiatives, and drive data alignment and interoperability to sustain growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, CIS or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in technology roles or equivalent.
• 5+ years guiding and onboarding team members in relevant technologies.
• Proven experience owning enterprise domains or large-scale system portfolios.
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and shape enterprise strategy.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and operating model changes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the enterprise leader for business systems strategy within an assigned domain.
• Deliver critical supply chain transformation programs.
• Successfully implement Manhattan Active WMS and other strategic platforms.
• Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, influencing priorities and roadmaps.
• Define and own the enterprise roadmap and investment strategy across domains.
• Own end-to-end system domain performance, including architecture and scalability.
• Establish governance enabling prioritized execution across the enterprise.
• Lead enterprise-wide transformation programs affecting multiple functions and systems.
• Define the enterprise operating model and vendor ecosystem strategy.
• Ensure data strategy alignment and system interoperability across domains.
