Ahold Delhaize USA seeks an accomplished technology leader to own the business systems portfolio across the supply chain domain. You will partner with executive leadership to shape priorities, invest in capabilities, and drive end-to-end design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise platforms including Manhattan Active WMS.

You will manage a team of leaders, define the operating model, governance, and funding strategies while ensuring scalability, data interoperability, and ROI

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, CIS or related field or equivalent.
• 10+ years in technology roles with senior responsibilities.
• 5+ years of leading teams and guiding engineers.
• Experience owning enterprise domains or large-scale portfolios.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and strategy.
• Track record leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead the enterprise business systems strategy within the assigned domain.
• Deliver critical supply chain transformation programs and initiatives.
• Successfully implement Manhattan Active WMS and other strategic platforms.
• Advise executive leadership and influence priorities, investments, and roadmaps.
• Define and own the enterprise roadmap and funding strategy across domains.
• Own system performance, architecture alignment, scalability, and integrations.
• Establish governance frameworks for enterprise-wide alignment and scalability.
• Lead enterprise-wide transformations across functions and operating models.
• Lead the operating model design for product/platform and funding.
• Own vendor strategy, sourcing, and enterprise spend optimization.
• Ensure data strategy alignment and system interoperability across domains.
• Drive capability maturity, innovation, and transformation metrics.
• Lead and develop managers and senior leaders on the team.
• Oversee financial accountability, ROI, and cost optimization for business systems.
• Ensure resilience, risk management, and business continuity.
