Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, CIS, or related field.
• 10+ years in a technology leadership role with cross-functional impact.
• 5+ years directly guiding and onboarding team members.
• Proven experience owning enterprise domains or large-scale system portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise business systems strategy within an assigned domain.
• Deliver critical supply chain transformation programs (e.g., Manhattan Active WMS).
• Influence executive leadership and shape enterprise priorities and roadmaps.
• Define and own the enterprise roadmap and investment strategy across domains.
• Ensure architecture alignment, scalability, integrations, and long-term sustainability.
