Job summary

ADUSA seeks a Director, Business Systems to lead enterprise-wide technology enabling supply chain from supplier to store, owning the design, development, testing and implementation of Manhattan Active WMS across all ADUSA Distribution Centers. This role serves as a strategic partner to executives, shaping capabilities, growth, and ROI.

The position is a hybrid schedule with 3 in-person days at Salisbury, NC or Quincy, MA and 2 remote days.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise domains or large-scale system portfolios with cross-functional impact.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and shape enterprise strategy.
• Track record of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and operating model changes.
• Strong financial acumen with ROI accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead business systems strategy within an assigned domain.
• Deliver enterprise-wide transformation programs and platform initiatives.
• Own the enterprise roadmap, governance, and investment strategy.
• Oversee architecture, scalability, integrations, and long-term sustainability.
• Establish governance, policies, and standards for systems and data.
• Represent the function in executive forums and drive alignment.
