Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director, Supply Chain (Undersea Dominance) in Costa Mesa, CA to build and scale a resilient supply chain that supports both product development and production ramp in a complex, mission-driven environment. The role requires establishing planning discipline, operating cadence, and supplier readiness to move programs from early-stage execution into sustainable manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 15+ years in supply chain or manufacturing operations, with 8+ years in people management.
• Proven leadership in demand and supply planning, S&OP, and supplier development.
• Track record of improving supplier performance, cost and inventory management.
• Experience with complex electronic and electromechanical products and production scale-up.
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Eligible for U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a resilient supply chain for product development and production ramp.
• Establish demand planning and S&OP processes and governance.
• Own the risk register and critical path for supply chain readiness.
• Write and implement the operating model for supply chain processes.
• Drive supplier readiness and manage BOM release sequences.
• Convert startup efforts into a sustainable operating function.
• Identify and mitigate global supply risks and drive shortage resolutions.
