Job summary

AllClear Aerospace & Defense seeks a Director of Operations to lead Supply Chain, Planning, and Production for its Engineered Products division. You will oversee material planning, supplier performance, production scheduling, manufacturing, and delivery, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while aligning with customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in aerospace, defense, or complex manufacturing operations.
• 5+ years leading manufacturing or operational teams.
• Experience with multiple manufacturing processes (machining, sheet metal, welding, assembly).
• Experience implementing Lean, 5S/6S, and production planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead Supply Chain, Planning, and Production across end-to-end operating cycle.
• Translate demand and backlog into executable plans.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and costs.
• Establish operating systems and problem-solving, daily KPI reviews.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Program Management, and Finance.
