Job summary

Golden State Foods is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Operations Planning & Material Management to lead materials planning, production scheduling, and warehouse operations for a shelf-life sensitive manufacturing environment. The role focuses on maximizing service levels while optimizing supply chain resources and site assets.

The ideal candidate will have strong MRP expertise, ERP discipline (D365 preferred), and a proven track record in fast-paced food manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, supply chain or related field.
• CPIM certification (ASCM) preferred.
• Extensive experience in supply chain leadership within manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Drive site-level materials planning and production scheduling to ensure uninterrupted finished goods supply.
• Oversee customer orders, shipments, and service levels for the site.
• Manage and develop warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and P&L management.
