Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of food safety and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex operations.
• Proficiency with ERP and warehouse management systems.
• Experience with federally funded or USDA-funded programs.
• Strong proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse workplace.

Responsabilidades

• Direct leadership of material management processes and talent development.
• Set departmental goals, policies, and performance metrics.
• Drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement culture.
• Maintain inventory records using ERP/WMS and perform cycle counts.
• Direct planning for raw materials, packaging, WIP, and finished goods.
• Oversee centralized purchasing for all departments including SQF and Production.
• Ensure inventory availability while minimizing waste and excess inventory.
• Collaborate with Production, QA, and Finance to align materials strategies.
