Anduril Industries in Atlanta, GA seeks a Director of Supply Chain to lead sourcing, procurement, supplier quality, material flow, inventory and warehousing for the ALTIUS product line. You will guide a high-performing team in a fast-paced, high-rate production environment.

You will partner with engineering, manufacturing, and central Arsenal teams to hit tight deadlines, compress lead times, and build a resilient supplier base while ensuring AS9100 compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive supply chain and procurement leadership experience within aerospace, defense, hardware devices, automotive/EV, or advanced hardware manufacturing.
• Demonstrated career progression and promotions within prior companies.
• Direct experience scaling a production line to high volumes (hundreds of units per month).
• Deep expertise in supplier quality management, qualification processes, DFMEA, and AS9100 compliance.
• Hands-on experience deploying and operating modern ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to visit local and regional supply partners.
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident) and eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

• Lead, mentor, and scale a 50+ person supply chain team.
• Identify, qualify, and manage suppliers as requirements evolve.
• Compress lead times from months to weeks without sacrificing quality.
• Own supplier quality engineering, DFMEA, and qualification processes.
• Lead commercial negotiations for speed and favorable pricing terms.
• Optimize material flow, inventory, and warehousing using ERP and WMS.
• Maintain AS9100 and related compliance.
