Job summary

Cognite is seeking a Business Development Director within its Supply Chain Center of Excellence to drive growth by winning new supply chain business across assigned accounts in the U.S. Market.

You will leverage deep domain knowledge to transform client supply chains with Cognite Applications and the Cognite Data Fusion Platform. The role emphasizes strategic value selling, cross-functional leadership and owning complex enterprise sales cycles with a remote-friendly setup.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in complex enterprise software/SaaS sales to C-level executives.
• Proven ability to sell value with quantified ROI for enterprise buyers.
• Strong leadership to influence cross-functional deal teams and manage large opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a targeted territory strategy to accelerate bookings and win supply chain clients.
• Generate and qualify pipeline, leveraging your network and providing commercial insights.
• Lead extended territory teams through complex enterprise sales cycles to exceed bookings targets.
• Quantify ROI and build strong business cases for software investments at executive level.
• Collaborate with partners to advance joint opportunities and ensure deal progress.
