Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a senior finance leader to act as the CFO's right hand, driving strategic financial planning and cross-unit performance. This remote role favors candidates in the DMV area, offering influence over budgeting, forecasting, and key business decisions.

You will lead a Commercial Finance team, own the proforma model, and support bids and profitability initiatives across multiple units. Strong leadership and advanced financial acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of management experience.
• 7 years of related experience in finance or FP&A.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the Commercial Finance team and processes.
• Own the proforma model and supervise proformas under $500K.
• Support bid processes and provide strategic financial insights.
