Qualifications

• 10+ years leading utility-scale substation, electrical, or energy EPC operations.
• Proven ability to develop and execute enterprise-wide substation strategies.
• Strong subcontractor management, performance oversight, and risk management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Quality, Safety).
• Excellent communication skills with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety standards across all substation operations and enforce practices.
• Drive strategic planning and execution for Substation Field Operations, align with teams.
• Oversee subcontractor mobilization, sequencing, productivity, schedule recovery, closeout.
• Review and enforce quality with contracts and drawings.
• Manage substation budgets, drive cost improvements, manage risks.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors; promote Moss values.
• Recruit and mentor substation team to meet portfolio demands.
