This full-time role oversees all clinical and operational functions within the Substance Use Disorder and Crisis programs, providing leadership, supervision, and direction to staff to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.

The position emphasizes multidisciplinary collaboration, trauma-informed practices, and cultural competence.

Qualificações

• Advanced knowledge of Substance Use Disorders and Crisis programs.
• Experience managing employees and implementing clinical policies and protocols.
• Budgeting and cross-department collaboration.
• Deliver services in a person-centered, culturally competent, trauma-informed manner.
