Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology or social work required.
• At least one year of experience in the field.
• Current Missouri clinical license in good standing required.
• CPR certification within 60 days of hire and crisis intervention certification within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, supervision, coaching, and professional development for outpatient SUD therapists and counselors.
• Oversee quality, documentation, and clinical standards across programs.
• Ensure compliance with ASAM, CARF and state requirements.
• Partner with quality, compliance, training, and other departments on staff development.
• Lead program development and service improvement with agency leaders.
• Manage onboarding, hiring, and day-to-day staff operations.
• Monitor outcomes and drive improvements with data-driven insights.
• Coordinate with external partners to strengthen services.
• Support ethical practice, growth, collaboration, and person-centered care.
• Provide clinical or crisis response per certifications and protocols.
