Valley Cities Counseling and Consultation in Seattle seeks a Director of Recovery Place Seattle to oversee substance-use programs within a multidisciplinary team, reporting to the Chief of Inpatient/Residential Services. You will supervise daily utilization management and provide guidance on clinical program development and staff training.

The role requires knowledge of residential inpatient operations, crisis and diversion strategies, and value-based care initiatives, focusing on whole-person

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or years of equivalent experience.
• WA State Licensure as a Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) required.
• Progressive responsibility in business administration, operations management, and human resources.
• Supervisory/leadership experience in mental health and/or substance use preferred.
• Grant writing skills desirable but not required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage program(s) to support target population with clinical quality.
• Support clinicians and managers for complex/intensive case management and crisis programs.
• Provide leadership to achieve VCCC missions and program goals.
• Maintain an environment of teamwork, professionalism, and customer service.
• Ensure policy compliance with Joint Commission and regulations.
• Oversee IT systems to support mission and objectives.
• Collaborate with senior management to maintain program quality and integrity.
• Build relationships with community leaders and partner organizations.
