Circles of Care, Inc. seeks a Director of Substance Use Services to oversee outpatient and residential treatment programs, ensuring continuity of care and high-quality services.

The role requires leadership, regulatory knowledge, and a commitment to recovery-focused care. The ideal candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team, supervise clinicians, and drive program development while maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or managing counseling staff.
• Strong understanding of substance abuse treatment and counseling approaches.
• Excellent communication with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
• Ability to address complex clinical and administrative challenges.

Responsabilités

• Develop and oversee outpatient and residential SUD treatment programs.
• Create and update program policies and procedures.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise a team of counselors and staff.
• Provide ongoing supervision and performance evaluations.
• Monitor and evaluate treatment interventions for effectiveness.
• Provide clinical supervision to counseling staff.
• Maintain accurate client records and program documentation.
• Oversee intake processes and assess eligibility for services.
• Address client concerns to ensure a high standard of care.
