The State of South Carolina seeks a Student Services Manager III to lead the Student Success Center, guiding onboarding, advising support, enrollment initiatives, and retention efforts. You will supervise staff, collaborate across the college, and use data and technology to enhance student engagement and success from enrollment to completion.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required; experience in student services programs.
• 4 years in student services, management, and SIS preferred.
• Experience leading onboarding, advising, enrollment management, retention.
• Experience supervising staff.
• Data-driven decision making using student data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SIS.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to tech changes.

Responsabilités

• Direct and coordinate daily operations of the Student Success Center.
• Develop outreach strategies to promote student engagement and success.
• Evaluate service delivery models to keep processes accessible and student-centered.
• Supervise staff, recruit, train, and manage performance.
• Analyze enrollment trends and retention metrics to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with academic and student affairs for smooth transitions.
• Serve as co-chair of the Student Services Retention Committee with data reports.
• Oversee technology systems, integrations, training, and vendor relations.
• Represent the Center on institutional committees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
