Job summary

The University of South Alabama's Student Center is seeking to hire a Director, Student Engagement, Greek Life and Leadership.

The role leads the Student Engagement offices including Greek Life, Leadership Development, and Student Organizations, guiding programs and campus-wide engagement across the university. It requires strategic planning, staff development, and collaboration with campus partners to foster a vibrant student life experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field from an accredited institution and five years of related professional experience.
• Experience working in a college or university setting is preferred. A doctorate degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Student Engagement offices, including Greek Life, Leadership Development, and Student Organizations.
• Directs leadership programs and campus-wide programming.
• Provides development, guidance, and assessment for staff and student employees.
• Supervises, mentors, and evaluates performance of Student Engagement staff and students.
• Oversees budget processes, contracts, and risk management for Student Engagement.
