Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing investment team to originate, evaluate, and execute strategic acquisitions and divestments.
• Develop and refine the investment thesis for student housing across the US.
• Manage end-to-end transactions including market research, financial modeling, due diligence, and negotiation.
