Qualifications

• 5+ years of student housing experience, including multi-site leasing leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into action.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing strategy, performance oversight, and execution for assigned communities.
• Develop and evaluate property-specific leasing and marketing plans aligned with portfolio goals.
• Coach and develop on-site teams to improve sales effectiveness and closing performance.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management and Marketing to optimize pricing, concessions, and campaigns.
• Monitor KPIs and dashboards; provide actionable insights and reports to leadership.
• Drive annual leasing launches, renewal campaigns, and lease-up initiatives.
