The role drives seminars, advising, and events to connect COB students with opportunities and track outcomes, reporting to COB leadership and collaborating

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree with 11+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor's with 9+ years.
• Master's degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations, budget and resources of the CSPD.
• Assist with goals, objectives, metrics and assessment aligned with COB strategy.
• Coordinate COB Professional Development Seminars and mock interviews/workshops.
• Coordinate student signups for mock interviews and Mentors on Call volunteers.
• Collaborate with Executive-in-Residence for student advising.
• Provide resume review and career advising for COB students.
• Develop relationships with employers, alumni and partners to expand opportunities.
• Work with COB planning officer, recruiting specialist and Aggie Career Studio.
• Develop plans for COB career events and track internships and alumni progression.

Education

Associate's Degree + 11 years of relevant experience

Bachelor's degree + 9 years of relevant experience

Master's degree or higher preferred
