Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership for a comprehensive career development strategy.
• Design and implement programs, partnerships, and experiential learning to support students and alumni.
• Collaborate with Academic Advising, faculty, and campus partners to integrate career readiness across the student lifecycle.
• Track, analyze, and report career outcomes and program effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage departmental resources and foster a culture of service excellence.
