Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in career services, workforce development, student success, or academic advising.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead strategic employer, community, and industry partnerships.
• Strong organizational, project management, and program coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive career development framework aligned with institutional priorities.
• Collaborate with advising and academic departments to integrate career readiness into student experience.
