Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with focus on structural simulation.
• 10+ years using structural simulation tools with expert Abaqus.
• 5+ years in technical presales or software sales.
• Deep knowledge of High-Tech sectors and customer engagement.
• 5+ years managing or mentoring technical professionals in customer engagement and sales execution.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML integration in simulation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering team and drive ABAQUS and 3DEXPERIENCE adoption across High Tech.
• Partner with account teams to deliver demonstrations, proofs-of-concept, and strategic guidance to customer engineering executives.
• Execute growth strategies across High Tech segments and represent the company at industry events.
• Mentor, recruit and optimize resources for high-value sales opportunities in simulation.
• Differentiate software solutions and communicate the value of AI/ML-driven workflows.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and product teams to align go-to-market strategies with customer feedback.
