Job summary

Roc Nation Distribution is seeking a Director of Streaming & Playlist Strategy in New York, NY. You will own playlist pitching, DSP relationships, and streaming marketing campaigns to grow discovery and consumption across the roster.

You will collaborate with commercial leadership to develop go-to-market plans, translate data insights into strategic actions, and drive cross-department initiatives with A&R, Marketing, Finance, and Legal.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in music streaming strategy or digital marketing.
• Experience pitching proposals to DSPs or partners.
• Proficiency with partner dashboards and data tools.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of user behavior.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with DSPs (Spotify, Apple, YouTube Music, etc.) and run pitch strategy.
• Develop go-to-market streaming plans with labels and commercial teams.
• Interpret streaming data to guide strategy and weekly reports.
• Analyze demographics behind playlist programming and fan bases to set targets.
• Create internal/external tools and updates to surface content and campaign drivers.
• Scout and develop promotional opportunities within partner ecosystems.
