Roc Nation is seeking an Audience Development Manager to grow and retain fan bases for our diverse roster of artists and owned and operated properties. You will craft data-driven campaigns that expand reach, drive engagement, and build loyalty, with a focus on streaming and social platforms.

This role requires a proactive, well-connected candidate passionate about music and audience growth. You will collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align strategies, develop CRM and loyalty

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in audience development or digital marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies.
• Experience with CRM platforms and loyalty programs is a plus.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Passion for music and fan communities.

Responsabilités

• Develops and executes digital marketing campaigns to grow fan bases.
• Uses data insights to tailor experiences and retention initiatives.
• Collaborates with creative, marketing and digital teams on campaigns.
• Leads loyalty programs and direct-to-fan experiences.
• Nurtures fan communities via social media, email, and influencer partnerships.
• Reports on retention results and suggests improvements.
