Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Director of Strategy Operations to partner with the QualityOne CEO, translating vision into execution across the organization.

You’ll own executive reporting, revenue analytics, data governance, and performance insights to drive growth. You’ll lead cross-functional launches, roadmap planning, and strategic projects in collaboration with Strategy, Sales, Marketing, and Product to expand into new verticals and bring impactful products to market.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, or revenue operations in B2B SaaS or technology.
• Experience operationalizing new product launches and market expansion plans in collaboration with strategy and commercial teams.
• Ability to work directly with leadership to drive accountability and align teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead executive reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking for leadership.
• Conduct revenue trends analyses, win/loss metrics, and identify bottlenecks; translate into strategic actions.
• Enforce data quality standards, audit CRM data hygiene, and ensure accurate forecasting for decision-making.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Strategy, Sales, Marketing, and Product; manage senior leadership reviews and strategic planning sessions.
