Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Director of Strategy Operations to serve as the strategic and operational partner to the QualityOne business unit CEO. You’ll bridge vision with cross-functional execution, drive data integrity, performance visibility, and insights to inform decisions and growth.

You will lead executive reporting, oversee revenue analytics, and shape go-to-market strategies for new products and industry verticals, ensuring cross-functional accountability and strong governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, or revenue operations in B2B SaaS/technology.
• Proven ability to operationalize new product launches and market expansion with strategy and commercial teams.
• Strong data analytics, KPI dashboarding, and executive-level reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute Growth Plan with CEO and strategy team; track milestones and assumptions.
• Conduct pricing, packaging, and commercial analyses to optimize profit.
• Support market research and planning for new verticals; manage cross-team projects.
• Lead cross-functional launches ensuring on-time delivery for new products and expansions.
• Own executive-level reporting; build dashboards to monitor KPIs, ARR/CARR, and pipeline velocity.
• Provide strategic insights; translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Govern data integrity and governance; ensure CRM data hygiene and accurate forecasting.
