Job summary

Nourish is headquartered in NYC and seeks a Director of Growth Strategy (Sales Strategy) to own the strategy and operating system for improving Nourish’s fastest-growing patient acquisition channel. You will diagnose drivers, set a roadmap, and build the team to deliver measurable improvements.

You will lead the Sales Strategy & Operations function and collaborate with Enablement, Analytics, Product, and Engineering to remove barriers to growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in strategy, with startup exposure.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams.
• First-principles thinker with strong analytical rigor.
• Thrives in a fast-moving growth environment with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Define the sales productivity strategy and targets with leadership.
• Translate the strategy into executable initiatives with clear owners and metrics.
• Own the cross-functional operating model across Sales, Enablement, Analytics, Product and Engineering.
