Job summary

HYBE Americas is seeking a Director, Strategy & Growth to lead strategic deal architecture and operational execution. You will build business cases for growth vectors and act as an internal integrator, reporting to the Head of Strategy & Growth.

Hybrid role based in New York, NY or Santa Monica, CA with in-person 3 days/week and remote 2 days/week. The role requires an MBA or equivalent management consulting experience, 5-7+ years in the entertainment industry, and strong financial modeling

Qualifications

• MBA required or equivalent management consulting experience.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills required.
• Ability to work across Legal, Finance, and Product teams.

Responsibilities

• Draft business cases and financial models for strategic decisions.
• Conduct market research and track industry trends relevant to HYBE Americas.
• Lead competitive analysis across the entertainment and music landscape.
• Support partnership negotiations, joint ventures, and deal structuring.
• Own post-deal integration and go-to-market execution for new initiatives.
