The Strategy & Business Planning Director is responsible for leading the development and execution of the Wines & Spirits business roadmap and translating strategy to action.
Partnering closely with the SVP of Wines & Spirits, the Wines and Spirits Strategy & Business Planning Director leads the development of end-to-end business strategies and action plans including planning, pricing strategy and identification of growth opportunities across under-represented business segments through rigorous data and KPI analyses.
In their role, the Strategy & Business Planning Director serves as a key strategic partner and thought leader to the Wines & Spirits brand and commercial teams connecting Commercial Enablement, Revenue Growth Management, Insights & Analytics, Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Maison teams, behind a common business plan and growth agenda.
Office/Location: Hybrid 3x a week based out of NYC Office
Compensation: $156,000-$195,000/ annually + bonus

Bachelor’s Degrees, or MBA Degree and/or years of equivalent experience.
