Job summary

Serco Inc. in the Boston area seeks a visionary Leader to support the Navy's Undersea and Submarine Programs portfolio under the PAE model. You will champion cradle-to-grave acquisition, manage technical innovation, contracting, and lifecycle sustainment for advanced undersea platforms, and drive mission-critical outcomes.

The role requires an active DoW Secret clearance with potential upgrade to TS/SCI, U.S. citizenship, and 10+ years of defense program leadership.

Qualifications

Active DoW Secret security clearance required.
U.S. citizenship required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
10 years of leadership experience in complex government/defense programs.
Experience managing large-scale government programs and contracts.
Willingness to travel 25%.

Responsibilities

Serve as trusted advisor to government and industry stakeholders regarding program execution and strategic priorities.
Support senior-level customer engagement and maintain relationships across the Undersea Warfare Enterprise.
Assess program performance, risks, and opportunities; provide actionable recommendations.
Lead cross-functional teams to achieve program and business objectives.
Develop governance frameworks, performance metrics, and contracting strategies.
Monitor industry trends and acquisition approaches; advise leadership on improvements.
Support execution of complex government contracts and strategic initiatives.
