Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; 8–10 years HR experience
- Experience supporting technology organizations
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic talent partner to senior technology leaders across Talent Management, Employee Relations, Rewards, Communications, Policy, Compensation, Immigration and Compliance
- Oversee immigration and expatriate assignments and employment visas in partnership with Legal
- Develop workforce, talent, and succession plans for the technology organization
- Communicate effectively with individuals and groups; supervise direct reports
