Job summary

Unrivaled Teamwear is seeking a Director of Supply Planning & Purchasing to own the purchasing and inventory strategy for blank apparel across multiple suppliers. You will manage OTB, set safety stock, and contribute to the monthly S&OP process, ensuring a steady supply for decoration operations.

The role requires leadership of a planning/purchasing team, strong SKU management, and collaboration with Finance, Demand Planning, and S&OP stakeholders to meet customer service level targets.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in supply planning, purchasing, or sourcing in decorated apparel or related fields.
• Direct experience purchasing blank/greige apparel stock for decoration or private-label operations.
• Experience managing an open-to-buy process with Finance.
• Ability to plan and purchase across a broad SKU portfolio with varied lead times.
• Strong understanding of S&OP, forecast accuracy, and safety stock.

Responsibilities

• Plan and place purchase orders for blank apparel across suppliers, balancing cost, quality, and speed.
• Own purchasing execution against the open-to-buy plan and reconcile variances.
• Partner with Finance on OTB development, inventory targets, and landed costs.
• Manage a broad SKU portfolio across classifications with diverse suppliers.
• Build rolling supply plans translating demand into supplier commitments.
• Lead a planning/purchasing team and drive process improvements.
