Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Director of Blank Inventory & Procurement to lead the inventory planning and purchasing for blank apparel and production supplies in a high-volume POD operation.

You will forecast demand, manage domestic and international suppliers, and drive procurement strategies to ensure timely availability while optimizing cost and service levels. Ideal candidates bring extensive inventory planning experience, strong leadership, and a track record of improving forecasting and supplier

Qualifications

• 7+ years in inventory planning, demand planning, purchasing, sourcing, or supply-chain management.
• 3+ years of leadership managing inventory, planning, or purchasing teams.
• Experience with blank apparel and Print-on-Demand operations preferred.
• Experience purchasing from domestic and international suppliers.
• Strong forecasting, inventory planning, safety stock, lead times, MOQs, turns, and working-capital management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute inventory and purchasing strategy for blank apparel and production supplies.
• Forecast demand and translate into domestic/international purchase plans.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, lead times, and MOQs with suppliers.
• Lead inventory health, KPIs, and reporting across SKU, category, and supplier.
• Oversee procurement for production and packaging materials.
• Collaborate with Sales, Merchandising, Finance, and Production to align demand and capacity.
• Mentor and develop the inventory planning and purchasing team.
