Holman Enterprises in Rancho Cordova seeks an Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team across engineering, manufacturing, and operations, delivering on strategic programs and budgets.

You will mentor staff, drive continuous improvement, manage risks, and partner with sales, marketing and manufacturing to bring new products to market while maintaining rigorous quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 3–5 years of management experience leading a team.
• 5 years’ experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Operations.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement experience a plus.
• Cross-functional Project Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff in day-to-day performance and budgets.
• Lead process improvements and adapt plans to challenges.
• Identify and resolve technical, operational, and organizational problems.
• Drive product development with engineering, sales, marketing, and manufacturing.
• Ensure timely communication of company vision and goals.
• Oversee risk assessment and prioritization of work.
