Job summary

Google Sunnyvale seeks a Director, Strategic Silicon Sourcing to lead supplier management for key products across Google’s silicon supply chain. You will partner with Platforms and Infrastructure Engineering and Cloud Supply Chain Operations to secure optimal commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leadership in semiconductor industry and executive contacts
• 10+ years in silicon lifecycle, high-volume COT models and packaging technologies
• Experience managing multi-billion dollar silicon spends and negotiating multi-year supply agreements

Responsibilities

• Define long-term strategic sourcing plans for products and commodities to ensure a resilient and cost-effective supply base.
• Lead high-stakes negotiations with key suppliers, including pricing, capacity, quality, and SLAs.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for strategic suppliers, drive continuous improvement, and foster strong supplier relationships
