Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Denver, Colorado is seeking a Director of Transaction Management to lead the day-to-day activities of a broker-led advisory team serving clients in technology, aerospace & defense, life sciences and research & development.

You will coordinate with brokerage partners and client stakeholders to execute complex lease transactions, including build-to-suit and acquisitions, while ensuring regulatory compliance and discreet handling of sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum seven years of experience in transaction management or corporate real estate.
• Experience supporting clients in technology, aerospace & defense, life sciences, and/or research & development sectors strongly preferred.
• Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license in Colorado.
• In-office presence required five days per week.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day transaction management for a broker-led advisory team.
• Coordinate with brokers to negotiate lease, sale, sublease, and purchase terms for high-profile facilities.
• Ensure alignment between service areas and client real estate, facilities, security, and compliance functions.
• Oversee documentation flow and confidential client communications.
• Collaborate with senior operational, security, and compliance groups to identify real estate needs.
• Manage stakeholder coordination for proposed transactions with client teams as needed.
• Draft decision documents and liaise with counsel for lease document preparation.
