Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited U.S. college or university.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Compliance, Operations, or COO roles in financial services.
  • Proven project management and coordination experience across multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of key NFR initiatives and ad-hoc projects with project plans and status tracking.
  • Coordinate across stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and elevate risks as needed.
  • Support regulatory exam and audit management, including drafting and gathering responses.
  • Assist in organizing audit and exam materials.
  • Manage budget, headcount tracking, business continuity, and space management.
  • Maintain org charts, staffing trackers, onboarding materials, and distribution lists.
  • Ensure materials are current and aligned with organizational changes.
  • Coordinate department events such as town halls and offsites.
  • Develop executive-ready materials like presentations and talking points.
  • Ensure messaging is clear and consistent across initiatives.
