Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Regulatory Strategy Officer within the Governance and Business Management team in New York. You will shape strategic direction, oversee regulatory engagement governance, and work closely with exam teams, admins, and onsite regulators to drive initiatives to completion.

The role requires exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage budgets, headcounts, and complex programs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in strategic planning and headcount/budget management.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
• Ability to build, document and execute processes and leverage AI innovations.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and regulators at all levels.
• Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to multitask and manage tight timelines in a dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and accountable.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic planning, budgeting, headcount management and business reviews.
• Coordinate communications on CCOR priorities to the team.
• Oversee control environment responsibilities and coordinate testing with audit.
• Organize trainings, townhalls and offsites to support culture initiatives.
• Oversee regulatory engagement governance and the 4 standards/procedures owned by Regulatory Strategy.
• Support exam operations as needed.
• Manage agendas for governance meetings.
• Deliver regulator deliverables, including planning and coordination of regulator activities.
