Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships to structure alliances with cloud hyperscalers and Neoclouds, collaborating across product, engineering, sales, and finance to drive growth and favorable economics.

You will develop executive relationships, define KPIs, influence product decisions, and lead end-to-end deal processes in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of business development, corporate development, or consulting experience.
• Proven track record negotiating bespoke commercial arrangements with C-suite level counterparties.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven business case development.
• Strong understanding of GTM and sales motions driving partnership success.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for executives and stakeholders.
• Strong judgment, ownership, and cross-functional leadership.
• MBA or related field, or equivalent business experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related technical aptitude.

• Develop and negotiate partnerships that drive long-term growth and create value for customers and strategic partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, finance, sales, and marketing to align partnership objectives.
• Build deep relationships with partner stakeholders to align business objectives for win-win outcomes.

• Scale thought leadership for new opportunities with VP and executive teams.
