Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships to lead cross‑functional alliances with cloud hyperscalers and Neoclouds. You will shape partnership strategy, negotiate bespoke arrangements, and align business objectives with product, engineering, and finance to unlock growth.

This role requires 7+ years in business development or consulting, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proven, autonomous track record of leading complex deals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business development, corporate development, or consulting.
• Proven track record negotiating bespoke commercial arrangements with C‑suite level counterparties.
• Strong analytical skills and data‑driven strategic planning.
• Understanding of GTM and sales motions that drive partnership success.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation abilities.
• Strong judgment, ownership, and cross‑functional leadership.
• Ability to drive deal processes autonomously as the deal lead.
• MBA degree or related field; or equivalent business experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or strong technical aptitude.
