DailyPay seeks a Director of Business Development to source, structure, and close high-value platform partnerships. This senior role reports to the VP of Partnerships & International and owns end-to-end deal lifecycle across resell, embedded, and integration partnerships.

The role demands speed, creativity in deal structures, and credibility with C-suite counterparts. Build and scale partnerships with HR tech, WFM, and payroll ecosystems, while leading cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or channel sales.
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing complex, multi-party platform deals.
• Executive communication skills with C-suite engagement.

Responsibilities

• Source, structure, and close net-new platform partnerships across resell, embedded, and integration models.
• Own deal lifecycle from market mapping to negotiations and launch.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with Legal, Finance, Product, and Operations.
