Job summary

RVO Health, a health-technology company, is seeking a Director of Strategic Operations in the Charlotte area. You will partner with the EVP and CBO of the Media business to translate priorities into action across commercial, editorial, product, audience, marketing, strategy and operations.

You will also lead the Product Operations & Enablement team, aligning work with key business priorities. You will drive initiatives, strengthen performance, and help the leadership team maintain alignment on

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, marketing, consulting or corporate development, with a media/digital background.

Responsibilities

Lead executional planning for priority projects set by the CBO, establishing owners, milestones and outcomes.
Manage leadership operating cadence, track progress and provide visibility to drive accountability.
Partner with Strategy, Finance and Revenue Operations to track performance and drive corrective action.
Analyze growth opportunities, investments, and business models to turn recommendations into plans.
Lead operational and marketing initiatives across commercial marketing, AI, enablement, media planning or learning and development.
