Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education or related field.
• 10 years of education and leadership experience.
• At least 5 years in educational administration/executive leadership.
• Terminal degree (Ed.D. or Ph.D.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver professional learning for school board members across the Region 4 service area.
• Provide executive coaching and technical assistance to superintendents and district leaders.
• Develop multi-year strategic plans and implementation strategies with district priorities.
• Coordinate governance training, board development, and continuing education requirements.
