Job summary

Hims & Hers seeks a Director, Strategic Finance – Planning Systems to own the end-to-end planning and reporting architecture. You’ll manage data flows, consolidate inputs across FP&A pillars, and shape a scalable, system-based view for leadership and the Board.

You will lead design and governance of the planning platform, drive automation, and embed AI to improve analytical quality and reduce manual effort in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in strategic finance/FP&A with finance systems or transformation.
• Strong grasp of P&L, budgeting and consolidation in a planning cycle.
• Hands-on with EPM platforms and integrations; able to design scalable planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Own planning and reporting engine for annual, long-range, and forecasts.
• Lead design, implementation, and governance of planning platform.
• Drive finance transformation with automation and AI where appropriate.
• Build data flows between ERP, data warehouse, and BI stack.
• Produce executive deliverables and dashboards with KPI insights.
