Job summary

CBRE seeks an Alliance Director to help oversee the department responsible for building and maintaining strategic client relationships. This role sits within Operations Management, coordinating staff functions and operations to support CBRE’s goals and strategies.

The Alliance Director will supervise, coach, and evaluate staff, drive revenue opportunities, and lead negotiations with clients and partners. A strong background in leadership and organizational excellence is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8–12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.
• Leadership skills to set, manage and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple departments results within a function.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and oversee training and development.
• Coordinate and manage daily activities; set schedules and deadlines; cross-train staff.
• Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities and profitable relationships.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships; draft and negotiate contracts.
• Prepare short and long-range plans using marketing programs to reach targets.
• Lead new business efforts with current accounts and source new opportunities.
• Regularly meet with client management to understand needs and strategies.
