The Alliance Director will travel ~40% domestically and internationally, lead cross-functional CBRE teams, and ensure contract compliance, performance, and client satisfaction while driving innovation and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in facilities management or related fields.
• Experience managing multi-site portfolios and complex operating environments.
• Global IFM experience preferred and certifications such as CFM or FMA are valued.

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact for overall account operations and KPIs.
• Lead and develop account teams across regions and service lines.
• Coordinate budgets, forecast, and operational goals for the client.
• Present analysis and recommendations to client stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and scalable service delivery models.
