Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing/Transportation Solutions seeks an Environmental Programs - Storage Tank leader to drive strategy, development, and management of storage tank compliance programs across multiple states. You will build and lead a team of environmental professionals and third-party tank experts to achieve 100% regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating with regulators, maintaining precise records, driving continuous improvement, and implementing EMIS solutions across Penske

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years experience in multi-state AST/UST compliance.
• 10+ years in a leadership role.
• Engineering/Analytic/Mathematic skills.
• Willingness to travel as necessary and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team with the requisite knowledge, experience, and skills and be accountable for storage tank compliance.
• Develop and implement a roadmap to achieve 100% storage tank compliance with laws and regulations.
• Maintain records of tank maintenance, testing, and compliance audits.
• Lead spill response and remediation efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams on upgrades, new, removed, and replaced tank systems.
