Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing/Transportation Solutions in Reading, PA seeks a Storage Tank Compliance leader to direct programs ensuring 100% regulatory compliance. You’ll build and mentor a team of environmental pros and 3rd-party vendors, aligning QA/QC, and driving continuous improvement while coordinating with facilities, energy, real estate, and operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in Environmental Science, Civil or Petroleum Engineering, Geology, Energy Management, EHS, etc.
Master’s degree preferred; experience may substitute.
Professional Engineer; storage tank training/certifications (API/NFPA) preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team responsible for storage tank compliance across multi-state operations.
Develop repeatable, scalable policies and procedures to achieve 100% compliance.
Evaluate and roadmap storage tank programs, including tracking from installation to removal.
Maintain records of maintenance, testing, and compliance audits.
Lead spill response, regulatory inspections coordination, and cross‑functional collaboration on upgrades or replacements.
